PATIENCE AYANYEMI

DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

With about two decades of business experience in human resources management and business development, Patience has served a diverse range of industries, including energy, insurance, logistics and telecoms. Drawing on her ability to work with both the board and senior management on strategy definition, implementation and the integration of the human resource function with overall business strategy, Patience has become an invaluable partner to her clients in finding and placing sought-after professionals. Her own direct experience includes positions as head of human resources in the oil and gas, insurance, courier and logistics sectors. Previously she also worked on company rebranding, transformation and mergers and acquisitions projects in the insurance and energy sectors. Patience understands the forces that are driving change in today’s human resources management. The adoption of more technology and its impact in the HR sphere, the blending of multiple generations in the workforce, and the greater role that HR has in building company culture are driving the need to improve processes and provide an edge in the competition against other businesses that are drawing from the same talent pool.

To help clients meet these challenges, Patience and her team invest the time to understand the company, its values and business goals, the current market and the position to be filled. They learn what the client wants, and what the candidate wants. Because individuals with the capabilities best suited for an organisation’s needs are typically not active job seekers, they draw upon their extensive network of contacts in the field, present the opportunity and motivate the candidate to join her client’s team. Patience has a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the Lagos State University, and she is also a Certified Coach in line with the ICF Standard.

Foluke has over 20 years’ experience that cuts across Talent Management, Organizational Learning and Development and Consulting. She comes with a success story of having led teams that helped top five banks in Nigeria and some manufacturing and telecoms companies deploy various talent management initiatives and projects that have enhanced the development of talents in Nigeria.

Foluke holds a B.A Degree in English and Literary Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management obtained from the University of Ado-Ekiti and University of Ibadan respectively. She is a CMD Certified Trainer and has also attended several International and Local training programmes including Strategic issues in Human Resources Planning – CIPD and Creating and Growing a New Business – Lagos Business School. Foluke understands how to identify, manage and retain top talents in different industries which is critical to identify and place top talents with employers of choice in the market. Her dexterity in understanding client’s needs and the necessary solutions toward meeting and exceeding set organizational goals, has helped her to provide the partnership needed for her clients to access top talents. This approach positions her to attract and place talents that delivers organizations’ strategic goals and objectives.

ISAAC AYANYEMI

Isaac is an innovative and dynamic professional with over 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management for first class multinational companies in the Maritime and FMCG Industries. He is the pioneer Warehouse and Engineering Procurement Manager of APM Terminal, Apapa and previously handled several managerial roles in Engineering Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing along with establishing and growing start-up FMCG companies for leading Nigerian brands. He has proficiencies in negotiations, procurement, retail and engineering procurement, store and warehouse management, inventory Management, etc. With a Diploma in Port Management from Lloyds Maritime Academy, U.K., MBA (Federal University of Technology, Akure) and HND Marketing, Isaac has attended several international certificate trainings in Warehousing, Inventory and Supply Chain Management.
